Financing 

​Amerlight Power offers flexible financing options for all size and scope of project.  Please contact us to learn more about what finance options fit your company’s cash flow needs and energy goals best. Once the finance program is completed, the customer will own the energy system outright with benefit of depreciation and other tax benefits.

System Maintenance Agreements

For energy based infrastructure projects, most public entities can utilize energy savings performance contracting as a strategic and beneficial alternative finance option. This exists for energy-focused infrastructure projects, including solar. Entities such as states, cities, townships, schools, higher education, churches utilize energy savings and avoided capital costs to subsidize and defer no up-front capital and payments for improvements  and new construction. These costs are instead paid with guaranteed energy and efficiency savings.

  • Project costs are completely repaid with guaranteed savings and revenue increases. Financing options are available if alternatively requested.

    Power Purchase Agreements (PPA)

    We offer flexible PPA options with a range from 10 to 25 years and work closely upfront with our customer to create a maintenance requirement plan that minimizes backend generated selling price. At contract term, Amerlight Power offers options to extend the contract, purchase the system or remove and restore the property.

    We work closely with our customers to meet their design, permitting, finance and installation needs for the following:

    1) Community Scale Solar

    2) Utility and Community Scale Battery Storage

    3) Immediate Energy Demand Response Delivery


    Our energy production systems are typically built on Amerlight owned, our customer’s or a third party leased property at a defined low or no cost to the customer. Amerlight Power will generate and sell the power or the battery system to the host customer at a defined fixed rate that is typically lower than the local utility’s retail rate. In addition, Amerlight Power offers options for non-escalated pricing.
